- Mailchimp Standard — $20/month for a 500-contact list. $60/month once you hit 2,500 contacts.
- Stripe fees — not a subscription but roughly $70–$150/month on $5,000 of member revenue.
Total: $147–$213/month before transaction fees. And that's with the base tier of each tool. Add video coaching ($10/mo Trainerize), white-label branding ($145/mo My PT Hub), or a marketplace seat ($44.99+ TrainHeroic) and the number doubles.
The hidden cost of integration
Dollars aren't the whole picture. Every tool you bolt on is a new surface for something to go wrong:
- Your member's nutrition data lives in MyFitnessPal but their workout data lives in Trainerize. When they ask "how many calories did I burn this week?" you can't answer without opening three tabs.
- Scheduling in Acuity doesn't know about cancellations in Trainerize. Double-bookings and late-cancel fees get resolved by email, not automation.
- Mailchimp's lead data is static. When a lead signs up, there's no handoff to onboarding — they sit in two systems.
