Your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information

Our Commitment

MyTrainerOS does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not rent, lease, or trade your data to third parties.

We share data only with service providers who help us deliver the platform — Anthropic (AI), Deepgram (voice), Stripe (payments), Supabase (hosting), Resend (email) — and only with your explicit consent. These providers are bound by data processing agreements that prohibit using your data for advertising or other unrelated purposes.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal automatically. To enable GPC, install a browser extension or use a browser that supports GPC natively (e.g., Brave, Firefox with extension, DuckDuckGo Privacy Browser).

If you don't use a GPC-enabled browser, you can submit an opt-out request using the form below. We will process your request within 15 business days and confirm via email.

Already Have an Account?

If you have a MyTrainerOS account, you can manage all of your privacy preferences directly in the app:

Open the app → Settings → Privacy & Consent
Toggle individual consents (AI, third-party sharing, voice, photos)
Use "Limit Sensitive Personal Information" to restrict health data processing
Export your data or request deletion
