Our Commitment
MyTrainerOS does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not rent, lease, or trade your data to third parties.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never will. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not rent, lease, or trade it.
We share data only with the service providers that run the platform. Here is the whole list — not a sample. Each is bound by a data processing agreement that prohibits using your data for advertising or any unrelated purpose.
- Supabase — database, accounts, and file storage
- Google Firebase — app hosting and push notifications
- Sentry — crash and error reporting, so we can fix what breaks
- Anthropic — the AI behind program and plan generation
- Voyage AI — converts text into a searchable form for AI features
- Deepgram — turns your voice into text when you log by speaking
- Resend — email
- Twilio — text messages
- Stripe — payments and trainer payouts
- Daily — live video sessions
- Cloudflare Turnstile and Google reCAPTCHA — keeping bots out of sign-up and contact forms
Services you connect yourself. Some integrations only exist because you switch them on, and they stop when you disconnect: Whoop and Oura for wearable data, and — for trainers and gym owners — Google Calendar and QuickBooks. We never connect these on your behalf.
Food lookups don't send us — or them — anything about you. When you search a food or scan a barcode, we ask USDA FoodData Central, FatSecret, or Open Food Facts about the food. The request contains the search term or the barcode. It does not contain you.
Two things we do that most apps don't. Voice recordings are sent to Deepgram with model-improvement opt-out switched on, so your audio is transcribed and not used to train anyone's models. And health data — heart rate, sleep, body composition — is kept in a separate, access-controlled part of our database and never reaches advertising, data brokers, or lead scoring.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal automatically. To enable GPC, install a browser extension or use a browser that supports GPC natively (e.g., Brave, Firefox with extension, DuckDuckGo Privacy Browser).

Submit a Manual Opt-Out Request
If you don't use a GPC-enabled browser, you can submit an opt-out request using the form below. We will process your request within 15 business days and confirm via email.
Already Have an Account?
If you have a MyTrainerOS account, you can manage all of your privacy preferences directly in the app:
- Open the app → Settings → Privacy & Consent
- Toggle individual consents (AI, third-party sharing, voice, photos)
- Use "Limit Sensitive Personal Information" to restrict health data processing
- Export your data or request deletion
