A working trainer's software is usually five products: one for workouts, one for nutrition, one for scheduling, one for payments, one for email. Each is billed separately, each holds a different slice of the same member, and the trainer is the integration layer. That is the problem MyTrainerOS was built to remove.
Before anything else, the part most company blog posts leave out: MyTrainerOS has no customers yet. Nothing below is a result anyone has had with it. It is what we built and why.
What was broken
The software industry has largely treated trainers as a niche too small for one real product. So instead of a tool that does the job, there are several that each do part of it, stapled together with Zapier and hope. Every integration is a thing that can break, every handoff is a place a member falls through, and the fragmentation is billed for as though it were a feature.
Worse, the incentives point the wrong way. Per-member pricing punishes you for signing members. A platform that takes a percentage earns more when you charge more, which is not the same as wanting you to succeed. And "scheduling tier" and "AI add-on" push the real price far enough above the sticker that comparison shopping stops working — which is the point of structuring it that way. The gap between sticker and bill is not visible month to month. It is visible at year end, and by then you have paid it.
What we're building instead
So: one monthly bill, every feature unlocked, no per-member math, and no cut of what your members pay you. AI that learns how you coach rather than a general-purpose chatbot behind a new button. Voice logging for sets. A calendar that reads your members' Apple Health data, a CRM that feeds your email, and a billing path we are not standing in.
Our Coach Pro plan is $49/month. Flat. Unlimited members. Every feature. If you outgrow it, Studio is $99/month with multi-location, SSO, and payroll. That's it. No 20 different add-ons to evaluate, no calls with a sales rep, no annual contract lock-in.
Why this matters now
The fitness industry is being reshaped by three forces at once: GLP-1 medications are changing what "coaching" means, AI is collapsing what one trainer can do, and pricing transparency laws are making the old "call for a quote" playbook untenable. Trainers who adapt in the next 18 months will own the decade. Trainers who don't will get flattened by the ones who did.
We are not trying to be the biggest. We are trying to be the one that stays out of your way, charges you the same whether you have five members or five hundred, and does not earn more when you charge more. The comparison pages set us against Trainerize, TrueCoach, Mindbody, Everfit, My PT Hub, Hevy Coach, TrainHeroic and Exercise.com using their own published pricing, read on a date we state. Where they publish nothing, we say that too.
If you are running five apps to do one job, start a free 14-day trial. No credit card required. You will know inside a week whether this gets out of your way — and if it does not, we would rather hear why than have you stay.
